From the very beginning, our core mission was clear and unwavering: to bridge the critical skills gap that hindered many young Africans, to connect talented and ambitious individuals with transformative career opportunities in the tech sector, and to cultivate a vibrant and thriving tech ecosystem across the African continent. We aimed to lay a solid foundation for a future where African talent could lead and innovate.

By 2023, Career Connect Academy had firmly established itself as a dynamic hub for aspiring tech professionals, having successfully trained over 500 students. This achievement resulted in a significant 300% increase in their average earning potential, demonstrating the tangible impact of our training.
